All fees for services must be paid in accordance with the invoice or payment schedule agreed upon at the start of the engagement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VisaCilia shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising out of our services.
We are not responsible for delays, lost documents, or errors caused by third parties, including Government authorities, Visa Application Centers (VFS/BLS/TLS), or courier services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees you have actually paid to us for the service in dispute.
