2.2 No Guarantee of Results

Immigration decisions are at the sole discretion of the relevant Consular or Immigration Authority.

We cannot and do not guarantee the approval of any visa, permit, or application.
Any success rates or examples shown on our website are for illustrative purposes only and do not guarantee a similar outcome for your specific case.

2.3 Scope of Work

Our services are limited to advice, strategy, document review, and application assistance. We do not have the authority to grant visas or influence the decision-making process of immigration officers.

3. Client Obligations

To ensure the best possible chance of success, you agree to:

Provide Truthful Information: You confirm that all information and documents provided to us are true, accurate, and complete.
No Fraudulent Documents: You agree never to provide fake, forged, or altered documents. If we discover fraud, we terminate immediately without refund.
Timely Communication: You agree to provide documents in a timely manner. Delays may impact application deadlines.

4. Fees and Payments

4.1 Payment Terms

All fees for services must be paid in accordance with the invoice or payment schedule agreed upon at the start of the engagement.

4.2 Refund Policy

Consultation Fees: Non-refundable once the consultation has taken place.
Service Fees: Fees cover professional time and expertise. We do not offer refunds based on the outcome of the application (e.g., visa refusal).
Termination: If you terminate early, a partial refund for work not yet performed may be granted at our discretion.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VisaCilia shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising out of our services.

We are not responsible for delays, lost documents, or errors caused by third parties, including Government authorities, Visa Application Centers (VFS/BLS/TLS), or courier services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees you have actually paid to us for the service in dispute.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, and guides—is the property of VisaCilia and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce content without permission.

7. Third-Party Links
